I have a report published that is not showing updated data. The gateway is correctly configured and the refresh is scheduled for every 15 minutes. I have it displayed on PCs which are running via Chrome, and we have it displayed publically on our website now. When you view the report, you see the current numbers flash for a quick second then go back to some time prior with older numbers.
I have tried resaving the report within Power BI web and that seemed to kick it (it wasn't updating the visuals for over an hour with multiple scheduled refreshes), and Incognito Mode doesn't seem to help either. Cache clearing doesn't seem to work either.

Edit: It finally uploaded, but the information was widly inconsistent for some time. For instance, the total in the lower right was the value from the previous day while the other values were *closer* to what they should be. Also, for a good hour or so when there were 4 refreshes, the public report was still showing like it was from the day before.
