I have a report that is finished and published online. This report has multiple bookmarks that display an info text box next to the visuals using an info button. When a user is viewing it and selects a button that opens a bookmark, the report returns to the top, and the user has to scroll back down to the info text box. This is quite problematic due to the length of the report. Is there any way to adjust the settings of the report of bookmark so this no longer occurs? Thanks!
This is an old post, but if somebody still needs a resolution for this, I was able to identify the cause behind this behaviour. In order to prevent this from happening, make sure you close the Filters section when you create/update your bookmarks.
HI @pstp ,
interessting problem, do you have a screenshot? I guess switch the info button to the top is no possibility?
Best,
Kathrin
