Report Server unable to display report data, please help.

Dear Friends,

I met a problem when I'm using power BI report server, need somebody's help.

Problem is:

Report Server unable to display full report, only load some title but no data, it will stuck at loading data screen and keeping load, like below pictures:

Basic information:

Power BI report server version: Jan 2019 Version

Server located at Domain environment, access report server will automatically via AD account after windows log on.

My account have full access/modification authorization of report folder, create sub-folder, upload new report, rename current file name are all OK.

Problem does not always occur, sometimes server will OK, and access speed is very fast, but after several hours server will back to problem status.

All the Power BI reports have same problem when server stuck, but sql report is OK for access when Power BI reports unable display.

When server is OK, normally load a report will take max 30 seconds, but when problem occur, it will take 2 mins to load the title screen.

When problem occur, some 401 / unauthorized faults were detacted from edge network information.

Does anyone can teach me what is the reason of the problem and how to check and solve?
