Report Builder - Inconsistent measure behavior

Hi all,

I am needing to create a paginated report based on a tabular model. Lucky for me I have already created this report in PBI Desktop and confirmed all my measures are working as expected.

PBI Desktop measure testing:
First set are in folder "transaction currency", second set in folder "local currency"

However, when I start querying from PBI Report Builder the "Local Currency" measures are returning null.

Net Value = "NetAmount_LWD_LCY_GSI" & Value = "GrossAmount_LWD_LCY_GSI"

The measures are near identical in tabular:

Notice they are based on different measures. This is where it starts getting weird.

GrossAmount_LCY_GSI does not show up null in report builder

Here is the dax for this measure:

However, notice that NetAmount_LCY_GSI and DiscountAmount_LCY_GSI are both null in that same image where GrossAmount isn't null? How is this possible?

I hope this all makes sense, here is a list of the measures in tabular to help make sense of this:

If there is any additional info needed please let me know. I'm at my wits-end with this.

Thanks!
