Replicating PowerBI report to an external firm

I have created a Power BI report that I am looking to replicate at a external firm. The aim is for the external firm to have a starting point where they can work off the report in their own environment and not start from scratch. I am not looking to have the external user access the report in my environment. Any insights are appreciated!

You have posted this in the Report Server forum.  Report Server is the exact opposite of what you are trying to achieve.

The simplest approach would be to send them the .PBIX file.

Thanks. I would also like to have the external party then change the data source url. Do you know if this is possible and how to enable this?

Once they have the .PBIX they can change anything they want.
