Relative Date Slicer publishes different

I am trying to publish a report with a relative date slicer. For some end users it appears correctly, and for others it appears and the slider inbetween filter. Is there a setting causing this or a bug?

    Anonymous - Not sure what you mean but issues like this can often be resolved by using "Reset to default" in the Service.
