Hi, @BergSouza
As you described, if your reports use RLS, then you can't use Publish to web, you have the following options:
First, create a new account for your client and apply for a trial again or purchase a license (pro) for your client.
If you only have a small number of users you can choose one of the above options to save your money. If you don't want to buy a license (Pro) for each of your customers, you can buy a premium capacity (F64) for your tenants, so that your customers can have normal access without a license.
This 60-day trial is mainly used to experience the various features of Power BI and then, according to your actual environment, choose to buy the corresponding license, and then used in the production environment.

Hi, @BergSouza
Depending on your issue, if your user trial license expires, you'll need to purchase a license for your customers to continue giving them access to your shared workspace or reports.

Of course, you can have these options:
1. Publish your report to the web, and anyone on the internet can view the report or visual you publish. Authentication is not required for viewing.

2. After you purchase capacity for the F64 SKU, all users in your organization with a free license will be able to use Power BI apps and share content in Premium capacity in the Power BI service.

Ola,
