Regional user login Behaviour issue

Hi Experts,

I have a power bI report and tried to login with Regional User. 

There is a landing page with date filter always set to current date.

Values in card visual by default coming as blank (--). Not sure what would be the reason.

But when I change the date and select the current date, it is then showing the values.

So again I tried to log out and log back in. But again it is showing blank but when I change to previous date or any other date and come back to current date, it is appearing with correct values.

Do you know why it could be. Seems like it is working only when I select different date and then come back to current date.

(Please note it is working when I log in normally and issue is happening when I log in with regional user)

The report has been saved by the developer with a fixed preselected date.  Tell themto change that to a relative date filter.
