Refresh just new data from data warehouse

Hi,

 

I pull data from our 3rd party scheduling vendor that charges us for this data by how much data we pull each month. When running a refresh  I notice that it updates by pulling each row every time. Is there a way that it can just pull new data and thus cut down on the data that I pull from them?

    Hi Anonymous ,

    hmm...do you mean like in import mode? If you connect your report via import mode you import your data direktly into your report. If the data are to big than use a SSAS Cube to evaluate, model and clean your data :).
