RLS working for one users but not all

My RLS is working fine for one user but several users cant use it.

Only one of the users has access. The other four cant see their data, or any data for that matter.

The difference that I can find with this user is that he belongs to "viewer" in the accesses.

Has anyone seen this before? I cant understand why this is not working. Any suggestions?
