Questions regarding retaining slicer values for on-premise PBI & Sharepoint

I have received the following questions for an On-premise Power BI solution using Report Server and Sharepoint as a frontend Portal:

 

- Can slicer values in a Power BI report be saved for future use?

(Say the user has used slicers to filter in a report. The user would like to save the slicer values for future usage.)

 

- Can the same user send the filtered report to a colleague while maintaining the slicer values?

 

Any help is appreciated!

(I did find this link but this might only apply to the Power BI Service)
