How to enable Q&A feature in power BI report server . Currently not showing this visual in Power BI report server Desktop

Unfortunately if you check the documentation here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/compare-report-server-service Q&A is one of the features that is not available on Report Server, it is only available in the cloud service.
