Python visual not working in Power BI report server portal

We have created python visual in Power BI Report server desktop and uploaded to report server portal but we have received an error 'Python visuals are currently disabled in your organization'. We are not using Power BI services, we are using Power BI On-prem Report server.

Can someone help me on this?
