Purchasing Premium Capacity

We are currently in the process of purchasing a P2 premium capacity. Before we submit the purchase order we want to make sure we have budgeted for everything we need. Out with the cost for premium and whatever number of Pro license we need to develop and publish content, is there anything else we should be aware of that will incur a financial outlay that needs budget for?
