Pulish to Web option takes to "Embed in a Public Website" and then after pressing publish, it stops.

I built a report using power bi data sets 100%. I used an external CandleStick chart in my visual. Initially, it was not showing up Publish to web option. Now, it shows but after going to the dialogue box of "Embed in a Public Website", clicking publish doesn't progress. Some times "creating code" appears for a second and disappears with the same status. Raised a ticket with Microsoft and hoping for a solution. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
