Published reports filters keep on resetting to default

Running into a bit of a problem with my reports. Once I publish them online, the filters that I have created seemingly seem to disappear once they are online

Sometimes they'll stay for an hour then after I publish the report to the web using an iFrame they'll disappear

I have tried deleting the online version of the report and republishing it and even tried making a new report and still running into the problem

Whether the filter is for a specific page or the filter is for the entire report, it disappears

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Help would be greatly appreciated! Trying to put some reports for a client and they would like a filtered view online for their customers to see

Hi @Walter_West ,

You can try the following methods:
1. Let the user log in using the browser's incognito mode.
2. Turn off persistent filters in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

In Power Desktop

Go to Options & Settings Pane> Select Report Settings.

In Power BI Service

If you go to the Reports page and select Settings, you will now see a toggle switch for disabling persistent filters.

Hope it helps,
