Published Paginated Report no longer accessible after Windows credentials change

Hello,

I have had a Power BI Paginated Report that I built and published over one year ago.  I also set up subscription emails to distribute weekly versions of the report to other teams automatically.  All of this has worked fine for a year - but last week the email distribution failed and I cannot even access the report itself in the Power BI Workspace.  I receive the error:

This is occurring just a couple of days after I have had to update my Windows master credentials.  I have a dozen or so Power BI dashboards, that are all working correctly post-credential change (I always have to update my credentials in the "Manage connections and Gateways" section of Power BI for each different connection used, and have done this).  Only the Paginated Report is having an issue.

The datasource and datasets used by the Paginated Report come from Power BI datasets in a Dashboard in the same Workspace.  This Dashboard is working 100% correctly.

I thought I might need to update some credentials here - but I get no option to do anything on this page, it only shows the DataSource name (it is the correct name)

Hoping anyone here can provide assistance?
