Publish to web and the link got error

Hi all expert,
I'm having a unsolvable issue which is publish to web and it shows successful but whenever I try to open the link it keeps popping out error"This content isn't available", it makes me frustrated . Figure has shown as below . 
I think should be any errors. My setting has no wrong I guess probably (figure has shown as below)

Hope you guys would help me out with this. Ive been working on this error almost a week still unsolved.
