Hi everyone
I developed my report with PowerBi Desktop installed on my machine. I built several pages inside a pbix file.
Now, it seems that this report won't be published on Service BUT in Power Bi Report Server. This information was not known at the beginning.
So my question is: is it possible to publish a pbix file built with Power Bi Desktop to Power Bi Report Server even thoug the pbix file is not built with Power Bi Desktop for report Server or I have to start from scratch all my report?
thank you

Maybe, ... You can upload pbix directly on PBI RS portal, but then you can get in incompatibility troubles. I recommend first open your pbix file in "Power BI Desktop optimized for Report Server" which same version as Report Server, there check compatibility and functionality, and using "Save as" save directly to Power BI Report Server.
