Problems with Dialog-box-sizing on Windows Server 2012 (Power BI Desktop (March 2018) for PBIRS)

As can be seen from the screen-shot - working with conditional formatting is challenging - given that the dialog-box-sizing on Windows Server 2012 (Power BI Desktop (March 2018) for PBIRS) is not working.
