Problem with uploading of report from the Report Server after last update

Hello!

 

Currently all reports on Report Server update fine. However, each time when someone start's Power BI Desktop and takes report from the server, the report on 2019/02/06 is loaded (2019/02/06 is the date when Report Server and Desktop were last updated). Could you please let us know the way to solve this issue?
