Thanks for your reply.

Yes the Power BI desktop is installed p, the same machine as Tableau and Excel.

I use the last version of Power BI so it is not a problem of an old version of Power BI.

 

 

Here is the error I get when I am trying the direct Connection :

As I said before, the same configuration works with Tableau and Excel and with the import Option from Power BI Desktop.

 

Unfortunately, our problem seems to be different from your suggested link. Our problem is similar to this.

I would suggest you create a support ticket to Microsoft to get dedicated support.
