Problem after SSL certificate expired

Try to remove the following registry if you have problems during startup key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HTTP\Parameters\SslBindingInfo\0.0.0.0:443
Then you can proceed with certificate binding.
