Pro user license

 Our company has bought the Premium license, however, the previous setup as Pro User users now, suddenly have no access to the report when Pro users licenses are removed. Please provide any solution for this or if there is any documentation for the license changes.

    The Reports or Workspaces should me moved to Premium Capacity in order to have access to Free Power BI User
