Pro licence vs free version issue

Hello team 

Really bizarre issue. In our organization, we are 3 data people with pro licence. The rest of the team uses the free version and they get the links to reports as needed. One team member created a pro licence trial account, since then he cannot see any report. We have tried to closed his account and open it back again but that doesn't seem to work. Ideally we would like him to go back to free licence and open the links as the rest of the team. Any suggestions on how to fix these? Many thanks!!! 😊
