Powerbi https not working on client machines but works on Server

Hello Team,   Have deployed PowerBI Report Server and installed https cert. The https URL works fine within Server but outside it's not working. Can you advise, Please.

Here is the error message. We already tried to reset IE settings but still same error.

1) can you ping the server from client? I assume yes

2) check whether the http works

3) Using Internet Explorer, check TLS 1.1, TLS1.0, TLS 1.2 is checked

4) On the server, check firewall settings allow the port (inbound and outbound)
