I'm trying to connect Palantir Foundry to Power BI Report Server using ODBC. Are there any security issues with Foundry being able to connect back to Power BI Report Server in reverse?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @talantir ,
When you establish an ODBC connection from Power BI Report Server to Palantir Foundry, you are typically initiating a one-way connection to query data from Foundry. This does not inherently allow Foundry to initiate a connection back to Power BI Report Server.
By default, just setting up an ODBC connection from Power BI to Foundry does not open up a reverse connection.

Xianda Tang
