PowerBi Version from April 5 2019 installer no URI

The most recent PowerBi Report Builder, from April 5 2019, installer does not register the "reportbuilder" URI in the WIndows 10 registry. Any attempts to modify a report results in the site requesting you download a report builder. In Firefox, it simply leaves the error:

The address wasn’t understood

Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (reportbuilder) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

You might need to install other software to open this address.
