PowerBI subscription doesn't keep all parameters? (Paginated report multiple parameters)

Hi all,

 

*Edit - I originally thought it was 10 parameters and subsequently realised it was when I selected all available values in Parameter 2. Post edited*

 

While trying to set up a subscription for a Paginated report in PowerBI, I am having a problem where I can't keep all of the values in my second parameter. If all of Parameter 2's values are selected, PowerBi nulls it. Pls see below:

Tested it by deducting one so from Parameter 2, which worked. Anytime all values are is selected in Parameter 2, then Powerbi nulls everything that was selected and makes it null? We do need all the values from Parameter 2 for the reports. Is there any work around for this anyone is aware of?
