PowerBI report server not accessible in chrome

We have configured PowerBi report server 2019 and the report server is launching in IE but not in Chrome.

Here is the error message i am seeing when i launch my PowerBI report server in Chrome.

This page isn’t working
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.

HTTP ERROR 401

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I also shared other information, have you tried and checked?

Can you describe your problem more clearly? Is the web portal unable to log in, or the report can’t be opened?  I can‘t reproduce your scene, so I need you to provide more information.

Have you tried 'run as administrator' or use 'inprivate window'. Did you share the permissions with this computer user? Please check it.

thanks for your information.

I have tried running using admin rights and we ended up planning to use "loopback from registry settings" method to resolve the issue.

Will update here once the settings are reset.
