PowerBI report server license

Hello

I will implement on prem platform for  Power BI Report Server. It is for a specific department in view mode only.

The Database is already on a separate server. The Data team  will create a Tabular SSAS based on that DB.

My concern here is regarding the hosting of the new Tabular and the Report Server on the same server or not.

I am aware that for a double hop scenario I should be using kerberos which is a quite complicated step.

That is why I need the expert point of view regarding the use or not of separated servers for both RS and Tabular.  Is it more secure to use the double hop ? is there any difference of a performnace matter?what are drawbacks of using a double hop scenario? or the mono server for RS DB and SSAS Tabular instances?
