Hi senejani ,
Please check the following steps:
- Ensure that your firewall and NAT configuration correctly maps the public IP address to the private IP address of the PowerBI Report Server.Manage a public IP address by using Azure Firewall - Azure Virtual Network | Microsoft Learn
- Since you're using a wildcard SSL certificate for your domain, ensure that the certificate is correctly installed and configured on the server hosting the PowerBI Report Server. Configure Power BI Report Server with Microsoft Entra application proxy - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
- Double-check the firewall rules on both your network firewall and the Windows Firewall on the PowerBI Report Server. Ensure that inbound and outbound rules allow traffic on Port 80 for HTTP and Port 443 for HTTPS. Install Power BI Report Server - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
If it still does not help, please provide more details.

Thanks but:
1. we dont have Azure Firewall and using hardware firewall instead.
2. we dont have Entra application proxy and use that firewall to handle HTTPS.
3. Firewall rules are OK and bot 80 and 443 ports are open
