I am encountering the following warning message in the PowerBI Mobile app. After clicking the "Got it" button, the report opens successfully. This message does not prevent the report from opening, and it does not appear consistently; it only occurs intermittently. No such error appears when accessing the report via a browser.
We are using the "PowerBI Report Server September 2024" version, with a clustered setup consisting of 2 servers, and we also use NLB (Network Load Balancing). The model and data are stored within PowerBI.
I need your assistance with this issue
.
Hi @Unal_Yigit ,
I'm facing the exact same issue both on iOS and Android. Did Microsoft respond to your support ticket? Is it a known bug on their side?
We opened the ticket today, we will probably have a meeting on the subject tomorrow. I will definitely share the result here.

Hello,
The error continues, we made a detailed review with the Microsoft support team, they mentioned that there may be such a bug in reports with Oracle and PostgreSQL data sources.
I am waiting for an e-mail for a solution.
This problem can probably be solved in the new version of the Mobile application,
Hi,@Unal_Yigit .
Thank you very much for sharing.
It does look like this is a Power BI Mobile issue.
If you have got suitable solutions, please share them as it will help more users with similar problems.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support of Power BI.
Hi,@Unal_Yigit .I am glad to help you.
It looks like you are experiencing an unexpected situation with PBIRS mobile.
Unfortunately, due to the work environment I am unable to reproduce your operation.
Could you please check the following areas
1. Check if this unexpected error popup box rendering is for all reports. Or only for some reports (is it a common phenomenon).
2. Have you tried to open the report in a browser on your mobile phone and see if this also happens.
Also test to see if the problem occurs both in the browser and in Power BI Mobile.
3. Have you encountered a similar problem before, or is it only with the September version of the software?
4. Try clearing your browser and software cache and logging back into your account to view your reports. If possible, please try to update the version. (You need to back up your data in advance to avoid losing important report information.)
If after the above test the problem still exists, and you can ensure that there is no problem in the report that can not be displayed in the mobile terminal (visual kinds, report layout and the corresponding dax code are able to be displayed in the Mobile APP)
I think this is due to an unexpected issue with the Power BI Mobile Application (which is the most likely cause at this point).
In this case, you may consider getting more help by creating a Mcirosoft Support Ticket.

1. When I first enter the application, I encounter this error in the report I open, and when I try to open other reports later, this error does not occur again. I do not think the issue is related to the report. There may be a problem with session management.
2. I do not receive this error when I open the report from a web browser, nor do I receive an error when I open it from a browser on a mobile phone. This error only occurs in the mobile application.
3. The problem existed in the May version as well, I updated it to the September version thinking it might be a solution.
4. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app, but the issue still persists in the mobile app.
Hi,@Unal_Yigit .Thank you for your reply.
Thank you for the detailed test results.
This may indeed be due to some issues with the Power BI Mobile APP.(It is version related.)
