Is there anyway or workound to send an email on data values in power bi report server?

Could you please tell me what kind of report you want to subscribe? If you want to subscribe an RDL file in your Report Server, you could refer to below link to use the subscribe feature:

If you want to subscribe a Pbix file in your Report Server, based on my research, there is no email subscriptions feature for Power BI Report Server, you could get this feature in Power BI Service:
