Hi,
I built a power app and published it, one of my colleuge from germany is seeing different numbers eg actual value is 87% and her side app is showing 8700% , she tried clearing cache and all but still same issue.

If the difference is due to regional issues, you should convert your report to the corresponding regional version. You can refer to the following tutorial:
