Power Bi with report viewer control
Hi,
We have website with report viewer control that show rdl
can we use report viewer control and get pbix instead?

No you can't the two technologies are completely different.
But you could possibly use an iframe and pass a parameter to hide the portal header. see https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Report-Server/How-to-remove-the-header-part-of-report-server/td-p/436583

What are you using? Power BI Service or Power BI Report Server? I feel that you are talking about Power BI Service instead of Power BI Report Server.
And whether you use Power BI Service or Power BI Report Server, .rdl file can't be exported as .pbix file. They are different.
