Power Bi running VERY slow

Hello all,

I am experiencing a very poor performance from Power BI.

The dataset is around 5 GB which is not huge.

In the model we have a lot of dimension tables that is connected to 2 different fact tables. In total 75 queries

Overall the transformations besides renaming columns are not really a lot.

Do you know what might be happening? Is it the amount of tables loaded?

First, what is slow? Processing (refresh)? Opening report on portal(loading)? Or Interactive work (queries)?

Second, 5GB is huge. Standard limit for reports on PBIRS is 1GB. You need to optimize model, or use SSAS model instead PBI model.
