Power Bi Report Server Paginated Report Subscription Default Comment

Hi francino ,
Thank you for reaching out to us in Microsoft Fabric Community Forum!
Currently in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI Report Server, there is no built-in way to set a default comment in the email subscription UI. Each subscription requires manual entry, which can be easy to overlook. Here are a few options to help streamline this process:
1.You may automate the comment field by using a data-driven subscription that pulls a default message from a database. This ensures consistency and removes the need for manual input.
Available in SQL Server Enterprise Edition or with appropriate Power BI Report Server licensing.
Refer the official document:

Feedback submitted through this channel is frequently reviewed by the product teams and can contribute to meaningful improvements.

Hope this helps. If so,consider accepting it as solution.
