Power Bi Report Server Developer Licence

Hi,

 

Can I use Power Bi Report Server Developer Edition with SQL Server 2017 Developer Edition on my company laptop only for learning purposes? I don't want to use it in production enviornment. It will be used only locally, no reports will be shared to users.
