Power Bi Report Builder - Multiple Column Groups

I am building a Power Bi Paginated Report and having trouble with the column groups. I have the following which is working exactly how I would imagine. I want to make a second column grouping with Parent/Children. My approach is right-clicking on the parent group> Adjacent After, when I attempt to do this I get weird formatting.I have tried everything and cannot get it to line up correctly. Is this possible....? Is there a similar approach? Help is greatly appreciated, I am falling behind on this task.
