Power BI reports for team w/o licensing for all members

Hi all,

I wonder if there are options for the team to access PBI reports w/o having licensing for every member. I am an analyst producing reports and publishing those to Power BI Sevice (Fabric) but cannot publish to web as it becomes publicly available. Is there any option to publish it so the report is viewable but with login prompt only or maybe embedding to Sharepoint page allows it (I tried but we are still figuring out if it works w/o license).

Will appreciate the help!

If you have a Premium or Fabric SKU then you can publish apps and regular report users can access their reports via these apps without the need for a Pro license. You as the developer/uploader still need a Pro license.

Hi @lbendlin ,

Thank you very much for your prompt and effective response, I have a few additions I'd like to give to customer.

Hi @tetianabovanenk ,

To view Power BI content with a Microsoft Fabric free per user license, your capacity must reside on an F64 or larger SKU, and you need to have a viewer role on the workspace.

For Premium per capacity (P SKUs): To create workspaces and share content you need a Pro or PPU license. To view content, you need a Microsoft Fabric (Free) license with a viewer role on the workspace. If you have any other role on the workspace, you need a Pro or a PPU license, or a Power BI individual trial.
