Hi @vignesh-490 ,

According to your description, first update to the latest version of PBIRS. There are several options for monitoring the performance of the report server, which can help identify the cause of the slowness.
a.Use performance monitoring tools to monitor server performance, he can evaluate server activity, observe trends,       diagnose system bottlenecks, and collect data
b.The report service stores the execution data in multiple tables in the report server database

Is the field in the URL query string used in the map visual?

Yes , I'm appending the parameters in the URL .

Anyways to improve the performance on querying.

Use Performance Analyzer and DAX Studio to investigate the performance of the queries in the affected visual.
