Power BI premium - Sharing report/dashboard to external users
Hi LocNPV,
1. When we share the dashboard with external users, recipients will get an email with a link to the shared dashboard, and they have to sign in to Power BI to see the dashboard. See: Share a dashboard with people outside your organization.
2. It's not supported. You can see limitations: External sharing is not currently supported with datasets that use RLS.
3. Some features are not available for external users, like RLS, app workspace, Apps etc.

Hi,
I have some questions below:
- It appears with PowerBI Premium, we can share my reports with other organizations (external users). If so, do the external users log in to our workspace? Or our reports just now be available on their workspace?
- Does the role level security (RLS) apply to the users in the other organizations?
- What is the different in experience between internal users and external users?
