Hi There,
I am new to Power BI and I hope someone can help me here- How can a non Power BI user can see embed dashboard in Salesforce?
I have Power BI Pro license. I have created a dashboard/chart and publish it to Power BI online server. I have my secure embed code for HTML. I am using this URL in the Salesforce Visualforce page - iframe<> and it is working fine for me and I am getting expected results. But it's asking other users to sign into Power BI to see this chart. they don't have power BI access. what is the workaround here?
I don't think it is the best idea to publish the report in Public.
Thanks,
Ankit

Hi @AnkitRatawa ,
For the Secure Embed method, users need to either have a Power BI pro account or report to be shared with them through embedded licensing.
If you want to share reports with users without Power BI accounts, it is suggested to use Power BI Embedded. Power BI Embedded is intended to simplify how ISVs and developers use Power BI capabilities with embedded analytics. Power BI Embedded simplifies Power BI capabilities by helping you to quickly add stunning visuals, reports, and dashboards to your apps.
With Power BI Embedded, you can take the reports you design, integrate them into your Web, desktop, or mobile apps, and allow any of your application users to see them without requiring Power BI accounts for each user. And here is a concrete example:
Creating Embedded Reports in Your Web Apps with Power BI Embedded (codemag.com).
However, this requires the purchase of an additional license for Power BI Embedded. Here is the price:
Pricing - Power BI Embedded | Microsoft Azure.

Icey
