Power BI dashboard Works in Local Intranet Without Internet

I want to use Power BI dashboard without Online or without internet. Is it possible? only Report Server?

Then, you can publish your Power BI reports and dashboards to the server, and users within your organization can access them using a web browser or the Power BI mobile app.

Yes PBIRS is only option, if you want to use reports locally connected to Intranet. 

But without internet there is possiblity of few visuals won't work like 'MAP' or some custom visuals that required internet connectivity.

Otherwise PBI Service/Web required internet connectivity.
