My company has two domains. Power BI Report Server is installed in DomainA and we have users in DomainA and DomainB. I am able to grant permissions to users from DomainB. Power BI validates the users and I get error messages if the DomainB\username is not valid. However, after a day or so, when I check the security tab for the same folder, it changes from DomainB\username to DomainA\username. Is there a way to avoid that?
Just completing the information, after the domain is changed, the users cannot access the folder and the permission needs to be granted again.
