Thank you for your suggestion Greg_Deckler, I'm currently coordinating with local IT but yes I do actually think that this need MS support.

Hi ovetteabejuela,

 

As suggested by Greg_Deckler, you can create a support ticket to Microsoft to get dedicated support. 

 

 

By the way, as this is a forum to discussing issue related to Power BI report server. If you have issue regarding Power BI service next time, you can post it in Service forum. Or report a bug in Issues forum if you think it's a bug.
