Power BI Service error updating data

Hello,Anonymous.I am glad to help you.You are experiencing an issue in Power BI where three new columns have been added to an Excel file, but you are encountering an error when updating the semantic model in the Power BI Service Platform, indicating that the newly added columns do not exist in the dataset.
You need to ensure that the newly added columns are accepted correctly when refreshing the data in Power BI Desktop (Power Query). Also, remove any blank columns and make sure the data is formatted correctly.
After resolving the issue on Desktop, republish the modified file to the Power BI Service Platform.
If the problem persists, try deleting the existing file and republishing the edited file.
The original Excel data has a few extra columns of data, and there is a change in the architecture (architecture refresh), the problem is that Power BI Service does not support architecture refresh, while Power BI Desktop supports architecture refresh, data refresh and report visuals refresh, while Power BI Service supports data refresh and report visuals refresh. Hey, so the problem was pretty basic, the extra columns which i added where accepted when i refreshed in Power BI desktop (power query) and there were some blank columns which needed to be deleted. I gave them the right data format and refreshed. This fixed the issue on desktop but then on service, I had to delete the existing file and republish the file which i edited on desktop. I do believe that if i published and replaced the file it would have worked. I work with power bi pro version.
