Power BI Report Server: Web Service URL is not working

Hi all, 
When I access to web service url of Power BI Report Server, its return error 500. 

 

 

However,  web portal url is working.

All config as default, i don't change config when install PBIRS.

Can anyone help explain what is wrong? Thanks you!

PBIRS version: 15.0.1113.162
SQL Server 2019

"Power BI Report Server"
"Web Service"

    You should check the log files. These are normally stored at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles and the ReportingServicesService*.log files are the ones for the web service. You should find more details about the error in there.

      Thank you, i solve this issue going to folder<Power BI Report Server Instalation>\PBIRS\ReportServer\RSTempFiles, edit permission access to folder for account under Power BI Report Server service is running: Modify, Read & Execute, List folder contents, Read, Write
