Power BI Report Server - Upload (overwrite) existing Excel File
Yes I am seeing the exact same behavior- previously on the Jan 2020 version, where I had to do this almost daily and it worked perfectly. We're running 1.8.7485.35104 via the 15.0.1103.234 downloaded in July (looks like there was a revision on Jun 30)

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".Greg_Deckle
